Product marketing & content strategy
Marketing that sounds like the truth, said clearly.
Positioning, messaging, and content that anticipate the question before it's asked — for B2B SaaS and AI teams, and the people who lead them.
Where I help
GTM & positioning
Competitive positioning that answers objections before they come up.
Content that compounds
Blogs, case studies, and campaigns built to be reused, not just published.
Analyst & review strategy
Turning G2, SoftwareReviews, and analyst recognition into pipeline-ready proof.
A few ways to work together
Whether you need a positioning reset, a content engine, or both — I plug in where you need me.
"She has always been 'the idea machine' to her coworkers... I've learned a lot from her and I'm proud to say that."
Kritika Arora — Product Marketing Manager, GTM & Customer Adoption (AI & B2B SaaS); reported to Benita at Webspero Solutions
Before product marketing, I was a journalist. That's still how I work — chase the real story, then build the case around it.

About
From newsroom to GTM room.
I started in journalism — The Tribune, then JAM magazine — chasing stories and learning to write for an audience that had no obligation to keep reading.
That instinct never left. Ten years and eight roles later, I've carried it through brand copywriting, content leadership, and now product marketing strategy for an enterprise AI platform, where the "story" is a positioning statement and the reader is a buyer deciding whether to trust you.
Along the way I've led content teams, built GTM from zero for a BFSI vertical, and helped grow and sustain G2 recognition for an enterprise AI platform.
The best marketing sounds like a person telling the truth clearly — not a brand performing confidence it hasn't earned.
What makes this different
Most product marketers are trained in frameworks. I was trained in editorial judgment — knowing what's actually interesting, what's filler, and where a reader (or a buyer) stops paying attention. I bring that instinct to positioning, messaging, and content, so what we ship doesn't just check the GTM boxes — it holds up as writing.
"I've been working with Benita for the last 2 years. She's smart, creative, dedicated and full of ideas. I really love how she articulates her ideas and puts them into action. It's a privilege working with her."
Career timeline
Leading GTM and competitive positioning for an enterprise agentic AI platform — spanning four functional areas:
Own GTM strategy and competitive positioning across 5–7 vendors, arming Sales with battlecards, FAQs, and deal-support assets; building BFSI vertical GTM from zero — ICP, messaging, and demand activations; support 3+ product feature launches end-to-end.
Grew G2 recognition from 3 to 8 badges globally and helped sustain the company's 23-quarter G2 Enterprise Search leadership streak; support SoftwareReviews Champion/Gold Medalist status; partner with CSM teams to generate new reviews each quarter and refresh existing ones.
Built 30+ GTM and demand-support assets from zero; lead influencer outreach and Expert Hub Q&As; author thought leadership on AI, knowledge management, and CRM; monitor competitors and repurpose flagship content across channels.
Own end-to-end event marketing for 5 global industry events — strategy, branding, on-site execution, and lead validation — plus pre- and post-event email nurture that converts pipeline into qualified opportunities.
Developed brand-led conversion copy across landing pages, email journeys, and video — translating product capability into narratives that drove client education and pipeline.
Led multi-platform brand marketing strategy across long-form content, YouTube scripting, and visual storyboarding, building a consistent brand voice across channels.
Led and mentored a content team across B2B, B2C, D2C, and SaaS accounts — hiring, editing, and quality — and built a pre-content strategy process bridging content and commercial goals during client onboarding.
"A voracious reader and an even better communicator... Apart from her amazing writing skills, she's a teacher just as much as a learner."
"Her expertise as a SEO Content Strategist is considerable... She also possesses impressive managerial skills."
Developed social strategy and copy across promotional, educational, and inspirational content; authored a healthcare e-book and co-presented its YouTube launch.
What I Do
Product marketing, content, and go-to-market — without the full-time overhead.
For B2B SaaS and AI teams that need senior-level positioning, GTM, and content work, without hiring a full department. One engagement or an ongoing partnership.
Positioning & Messaging
Your team gets positioning that actually holds up in a sales call — not a workshop deck someone has to run themselves.

Get senior PMM judgment without a full-time hire — an ongoing seat at the table, not a project with an end date.
See the process →Buyer Trust & Social Proof Strategy
Turn customer advocacy into visible, third-party proof that builds buyer trust before Sales ever gets on a call.

Get more than a one-time battlecard — get the system behind it, and how it actually gets used in live deals.
See the process →Sales Enablement System
Give sales what they need before they ask for it — objection-handling guides, deal-support frameworks, launch enablement.
See the process →Expert & Partnership Program
Turn industry voices into your product's advocates — expert partnerships, guest content, and Q&As that build backlinks and reach.

FAQ
Both — the engagement just scopes differently depending on where you are.
Yes — that's usually step one of a Content Audit & Roadmap or the first week of a retainer.
Both. A Content Sprint covers one-off, fast-turnaround work; the Content Engine is for ongoing production.
Whatever your team already uses — Docs, Notion, your CMS, Figma, project trackers. I plug into your workflow rather than asking you to adopt mine.
